The 11,000-square-foot showroom brings the brand’s rich legacy to life
Step inside the MillerKnoll showroom in Toronto and you’ll quickly realize—it’s more than a space to test out chairs and admire lighting. Located in Liberty Village, the 11,000-square-foot showroom acts as both a design lab and a showcase for some of the most influential names in modern interiors. Herman Miller, Knoll, Muuto, HAY and others from the MillerKnoll collective each take their turn in the spotlight, offering an immersive experience in forward-thinking workplace, hospitality and residential design.
Everything here is built on decades of design innovation. You’ll spot the familiar silhouettes—Eames Lounge chairs, Saarinen Tulip tables, the Sayl and Aeron office chairs—presented not as icons of the past, but as part of a living, evolving design narrative. The displays are choreographed in a way that speaks to how we live and work now.
That same intention is clear in the space itself. The showroom was the first in Toronto to receive LEED-CI Platinum certification, a testament to MillerKnoll’s long-standing commitment to sustainability and design that does more than look good. Expect a palette that balances natural materials with industrial edge, plenty of daylight and layouts that flow effortlessly from lounge to meeting zone to private office—each vignette encouraging you to sit down, stay a while and imagine the possibilities.
Whether you’re furnishing a home, outfitting an office, or simply seeking inspiration, the showroom invites exploration. Visitors (who are welcome by appointment only) can move through thoughtfully composed vignettes—private office setups, collaborative workspaces, inviting lounge areas, and curated residential scenes—all anchored by timeless pieces from the MillerKnoll collective. Each setting offers a chance to see iconic designs in action and to explore how contemporary spaces are being shaped by function, wellness, and beauty.
And if you’re looking for guidance, you’ll find it here. The showroom is staffed by knowledgeable design professionals who speak fluently about form, ergonomics, materials and the cultural legacy behind each piece. Whether you’re a first-time buyer, a seasoned designer, or a curious passerby, you’re in good hands.
